The Santa Dog Foundation was inspired by its founder’s trip to Thailand in 2010, where she adopted and brought her first dog home from Thailand.  The founder’s name is Agata and the dog’s name is Santa.   Santa is one of the many homeless dogs in the world which are left on the streets.  Fortunately, Santa, as one of the street dogs that was picked up and taken to the shelter where he was waiting to be adopted. Santa was adopted and today he is part of the family. There are about 200 million street dogs in the world. Santa was one of those which did not have an easy start in life and was found exhausted and hungry. He was still a very curious and very sweet dog despite of the circumstances that he was found on the streets. When he arrived to Denmark, he received so much care and love and gradually transformed from being a slightly scared and restrained dog to being a lively and playful dog.
